All sales are final.

Because each artwork is produced individually as part of a limited edition, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or ordering errors.

Please review the artwork description, dimensions, and available images carefully before placing your order. If you have questions before purchasing, you are welcome to contact us. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you notice damage to the package upon delivery, please photograph the package before opening it. Then open the package and photograph the artwork as well. Include these photographs when contacting us so the situation can be reviewed and resolved.

Please do not discard the packaging until the issue has been assessed.

If the artwork is confirmed to have been damaged during shipping or arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
