Shipping policy
All orders are prepared with care to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Each print is protected in an acid-free sleeve and supported with a rigid backing before being placed in protective packaging for shipping.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.
All shipments are sent via Canada Post and include tracking where available. Confirmation and tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

United States
Flat rate (Standard Shipping (4–7 business days)): $32 CAD

International

Customs and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Important notice for U.S. customers: As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption no longer applies to shipments from Canada. Shipments to the United States may therefore be subject to customs duties and processing fees regardless of order value. Any such charges are collected at delivery and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Photograph both the packaging and the artwork before and during unpacking, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your documentation so we can assist you promptly.
Returns
As each print is produced individually as part of a limited edition, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
